Adventures by Disney, a global family travel leader, is happy to announce that it will return to three of Europe’s most iconic rivers for the 2024 vacation season. Adventures by Disney passengers will once again experience the amazing beauty of European landscapes and vibrant culture with sailings on the Rhine River, the Danube River, and the Seine River, with 22 river cruise departures planned. New in 2024: New Magical Holidays-Themed Departure, Plus Favorite Seasonal Sailings Return
Adventures by Disney will invite passengers to ring in the new year with an excursion unlike any other when the “Danube River Cruise: Magical Holidays” departs in late December 2024. Guests will board the ship at Munich to a traditional German greeting, complete with oompah music. Guests will be transported to Austria, where they will enjoy privately guided tours in Mondsee with views of the Austrian Alps, a visit to the Benedictine Abbey in Melk, and other activities. Following the Christmas holiday, Schonbrunn’s typical Christmas market will be transformed into a special New Year’s market where guests will be able to experience the majesty and splendor of a European winter. The cruise continues with aboard and in-town activities, as well as ice skating in Vienna, before traveling to Hungary for cultural excursions, carriage rides, and the preparation and consumption of goulash.
