TTC Tour Brands Unveils New Merged Loyalty Program for Agents

TTC Tour Brands has consolidated six tour brand loyalty programs: Trafalgar, Insight Vacations, Luxury Gold, Costsaver, Brendan Vacations, and Contiki are now linked under the Global Tour Rewards customer rewards program.

According to the firm, integrating all current loyalty programs into one will provide agents with a unique opportunity to re-engage prior visitors, cross-sell portfolio products, and inspire clients to travel again.

In addition, it states that it provides a more tangible benefit offer to promote to new prospects: tour with TTC and become a member of the Global Tour Rewards program, which delivers benefits across over a thousand tours designed for every taste, area, and pace, from luxury to budget travel.

The advantages of Global Tour Rewards include members-only pricing with a 5% discount on guided tours, first-release access to new trips and deals, admission to members-only events, and special acknowledgment from Travel Directors on their next trip. TTC indicates that benefits apply to all TTC Tour Brands. There are conditions that apply.

According to Melissa DaSilva, president of TTC Tour Brands North America, the new single loyalty benefits program is a significant step in achieving TTC Tour Brand’s aim of providing a broad selection of travel options for every sort of traveler, regardless of budget, travel style, or personal preference.,

She further added that the unified loyalty program provides the ideal opportunity for agents to present the brands as a unified entity.
