Nobu Hospitality, founded by Nobu Matsuhisa, actor Robert De Niro, and Meir Teper, inked a management deal with Enevoria Development FZ-LLC to build the Nobu Hotel, Restaurant, and Residences on Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah. This is the brand’s second UAE hotel and housing development after Abu Dhabi in late 2022.
Al Marjan Island, the future home to the Nobu Hotel, Restaurant, and Residences, has 7.8 kilometers of untouched beaches and breathtaking Arabian Gulf vistas. Nobu Hotel and Nobu Restaurant will have a spa, fitness center, pools, and a beach club. Nobu will establish a luxury beach community with 300 Nobu-branded apartments and exclusive perks for Nobu residents. Guests can enjoy restaurants helmed by world-renowned chefs inspired by Nobu’s unique cuisine.
Ras Al Khaimah, the northernmost Emirate, is 45 minutes from Dubai International Airport and 25 minutes from its international airport. The Emirate is developing tourism and living. Regional and international vacationers and inhabitants enjoy the destination’s tranquility and countless outdoor activities.
In the formal signing ceremony attended by executives from Nobu and its partners, Enevoria Development FZ-LLC General Manager Evgeniy Yakubovskiy expressed his delight to work with Nobu to create a signature international property and help bring the Nobu brand to Al Marjan Island.
