The 18th Hot Air Balloon Fiesta at Clark

The Balloon Fiesta at the Clark Freeport Zone is almost here! It promises to be another fun event for the whole family. The exact location of the event is the Omni Aviation Complex inside Clark. The festival starts from Feb. 21st and ends on Feb. 24th. It is advisable to come early as some of the scheduled activities start early in the morning. ** See schedule below. Ticket is priced at P250 and can be purchased at the gate or at any SM TicketNet outlet.

Some of the main attractions at the 18th Balloon Fiesta are:

1. Hot Air Balloons
Of course, these are the stars of the event. Come early around 5 am so you can see the morning balloon flights. On Saturday and Sunday, they will do a NIGHT GLOW where the balloons stay on the ground but will inflate together beautifully.

2. Breitling Jet Team
The Breitling Jet Team is the largest civilian aerobatic display team in Europe. Based in Dijon, France, it flies seven Aero L-39 Albatros jets. Check the schedule as you don’t want to miss their aerobatic exhibition.

3. OPM concert
From Feb. 22 to 23 at 6PM to 9PM, watch some of the biggest OPM artists perform onsite. Gloc-9, Joey Ayala, The Dawn and Noel Cabangon will be there (just to name a few).

4. Kite Flying
Kite Team Philippines and the Philippine Kite Association team up to show the best of kite flying in the country. Kites are also available for purchase.
