In 2023, Nobu Hospitality will open five new hotels in Rome, Marrakech, Atlantic City, San Sebastián, and Toronto. With the recent additions of Bangkok and Abu Dhabi as the 32nd property to the portfolio, the brand is expanding globally and has a solid development pipeline.
This year marks the tenth anniversary of Nobu Hotels, which began with the launch of Nobu Hotel Caesars Palace in Las Vegas in 2013. For nearly 30 years, the Nobu brand has been linked with modern luxury and instinctual design, a dedication to quality ingredients and incredible food, and an inborn love of service.
Each of the existing 32 hotel sites has been carefully chosen based on the success of a Nobu restaurant, with the goal of reaching 60 restaurants worldwide this year, creating a platform for both locals and foreign guests to create unique memories around cuisine. Nobu has maintained a strong family feel over the previous decade, supporting its continuing expansion, with the concept of Kokoro – the Japanese term for heartfelt – linking the portfolio together.
The brand’s first luxury apartments in Toronto and Los Cabos, encapsulating the spirit of Nobu in both style and attitude, will open in 2023, providing not only a place to stay but a place to live. With six other home projects in the works – including Al Khobar, Danang, Abu Dhabi, Tulum, Orlando, and Punta Cana – Nobu is firmly entrenched in the premium lifestyle realm by providing buyers with an exclusive customized experience.
The homes will feature intentional design, premium amenities such as Nobu dining and room service for its occupants, and unrivaled access to the surrounding area through a dedicated team, making it a place to unwind in unpretentious luxury while still feeling part of something exceptional.
